The Story

Pickney Home Inspections was founded in 2013 by Daniel Pickney, a licensed home inspector who has always had a passion for building, construction and design. The company is intentionally a one-man operation — you call, I answer, I inspect, I write the report. You get the report within 24 hours!
Since 2013 I have inspected over a thousand homes across Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee region. Older bungalows, new builds, condos, townhomes, multi-family, and everything in between. Each property gets the same over the top inspection, the same photographs, and the same honest conversation about what I found.
When I am not inspecting, I am usually working on one of my numerous projects including completely rebuilding a 1940's bungalow in West Nashville, renovating a 1969 Airstream, working out with F3 Nashville, 4:13 Strong or spending time with friends and family.
